Together with a renowned design office, we also dock non-standard vessels.

Mechanical processing – range of services

We perform, among others:

• Milling, turning, boring, surface grinding

• Gear and sprocket wheel milling

• Keyway and spline broaching

• Repair of shafts and axles made of weldable materials (welding buildup, machining)

• Regeneration of bottom valves, shaft line repairs

• Repairs of agricultural machinery, trawl and anchoring equipment

• Conventional turning:

  • diameters up to 600 mm, lengths up to 6000 mm

  • diameters up to 1000 mm for lengths up to 250 mm

• Gear profile milling:

  • 6–200 teeth, module 1–8, max diameter 580 mm

• Sprocket milling:

  • pitch from 3/8” to 1 1/4”

• Bandsaw cutting:

  • 0°: Ø225 mm / 200×200 mm

  • 45°: Ø160 mm / 100×100 mm

  • 60°: Ø100 mm / 100×100 mm

• Flat grinding:

  • width up to 300 mm

  • materials: cast iron, magnetic steel
