Szkuner Sp. z o.o. is a modern and leading Baltic fish processing facility in Poland, located in the heart of the country’s largest fishing port – Władysławowo. Thanks to its proximity to the quay, the process from fish catch to processing occurs in an exceptionally short time, ensuring the highest raw material quality.

 

Modern Infrastructure and Machinery

The plant features spacious production halls and advanced processing lines for both marine and freshwater fish. The infrastructure includes:

  • Storage cold rooms with a capacity of 1800 tons,

  • Zero chambers accommodating up to 200 tons of raw material,

  • Freezing cabinets with a capacity of 70 tons per day.

 

The processing plant is equipped with a modern machinery park, which includes:

  • 6 Peruza machine sets for sprat heading,

  • 4 VMK machine sets for herring processing,

  • A professional automated manual fish processing line enabling precise sorting, filleting, and preparation of raw materials according to customer specifications.

 

All equipment operates on a modernized refrigeration system, ensuring high efficiency, productivity, and food safety.

 

Product Offer

Szkuner specializes in processing pelagic fish – primarily sprat and Baltic herring – supplying both fresh and frozen products. Our product range includes:

  • Herring and sprat carcasses,

  • Whole fish – fresh and frozen.

 

These products are delivered both to the domestic market and international clients, for whom high quality and full traceability of raw material origin are essential.

 

Contract Processing Services

Szkuner offers comprehensive fish processing services using supplied raw materials, providing flexible solutions tailored to the needs of both small suppliers and large food companies. We specialize in processing various fish species, including:

  • Pelagic fish (sprat, herring, mackerel),
