Objective of the Operation:
To transform small seaports in the South Baltic region through the implementation of digital and green solutions aimed at improving their efficiency, competitiveness, and supporting the sustainable development of ports in the region.

Planned Outcomes of the Operation:

• SeaTech Port Management System – implementation of a tool tailored to the needs of small seaports, aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing ship handling times.

• SeaWay Software – a system for estimating external costs, serving as a key step towards the internalization of such costs and the promotion of environmentally friendly transport solutions.

• SeaStat Database – an online repository of maritime statistics at national, European, and global levels, supporting informed decision-making regarding port development and formulating recommendations for local and regional strategies.

• International cooperation with partners from Poland, Denmark, Lithuania, and Germany, including:

  • Gdynia Maritime University (Poland)

  • Vordingborg Port (Denmark)

  • Business Vordingborg A/S (Denmark)

  • Klaipeda University (Lithuania)

  • SUBMARINER Network for Blue Growth EEIG (Germany)

  • Inero Software (Poland)

This cooperation enables knowledge exchange and the implementation of innovative technologies in the management of small seaports.

• Support for the sustainable development of small seaports through the adoption of digital and green technological solutions, contributing to improved marine environmental quality and enhanced regional competitiveness.
