70th Anniversary of Szkuner Sp. z o.o. – A Special Evening for Our Team!

On Friday, September 5, 2025, we celebrated the 70th anniversary of our company at the beautifully located Okulski Grand Hotel in Rozewie. It was an evening full of emotions, joy, and memories – organized especially for the employees of Szkuner, who have been shaping its history for many years.
The event was opened by the company’s CEO, Mr. Witold Wawrzonkoski, who in his speech emphasized the crucial role of the team in the company's development and expressed his gratitude to all current and former employees.

Next, the District Governor of Puck County, Mr. Jarosław Białk, a representative of the company’s owner, took the floor. In warm words, he thanked the entire team for their long-standing commitment and the hard work they put in every day – work that not only builds the company’s future but also strengthens the entire region. The District Governor also congratulated CEO Witold Wawrzonkoski on receiving a prestigious award – the title of Fish Processing CEO of the Year 2025 – in recognition of his effective leadership, innovative approach, and contributions to the development of the fish processing industry both in Poland and internationally. This remarkable achievement was met with thunderous applause!

We gave special recognition to our employees who have been the foundation of Szkuner’s success over the years. Medals of Merit were awarded to those who have worked with us for over 40 years, as well as to individuals who, despite a shorter tenure, stood out through their exceptional dedication and loyalty. Each medal symbolized our deep appreciation for their invaluable contributions to the company’s growth and achievements. A big highlight of the evening was the raffle! Participants had a chance to win fantastic prizes, including electronics and household appliances. Excitement ran high, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and anticipation with every prize draw! The musical setting was provided by a professional DJ, who kept the dance floor full and ensured great fun late into the night. The surprise of the evening was a performance by a magician, whose charisma and magical tricks left everyone – young and old – absolutely amazed. The 70th anniversary of Szkuner Sp. z o.o. was not only a time of celebration, but above all, an opportunity to come together, reconnect, and jointly celebrate the successes we have achieved through hard work and shared commitment.
