The core of the company's activity is fishing in the waters of the Baltic Sea and fish processing. "Szkuner" operates a fleet of five fishing vessels, ensuring a steady supply of raw material to its modern processing facilities. The company boasts an extensive production infrastructure, including:
Spacious production halls equipped with advanced processing lines,
Cold storage facilities with a total capacity of 1,800 tons,
Zero-degree chambers capable of storing 200 tons of products,
Freezing cabinets with a daily capacity of 70 tons.
"Szkuner" produces a wide range of fish products—both fresh and frozen—meeting the standards of HACCP and FSSC 22000 systems. The product range includes herring and sprat products, available in fresh and frozen forms.
